Climate and environmental impact
To reduce our climate and environmental impact, we work purposefully with sustainable material choices, locally produced products, and clear environmental requirements and follow-ups for our transport partners. We strive to minimize waste, increase recycling, and reduce emissions from our facilities. Our climate efforts are guided by ambitious targets in line with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), ensuring that our actions contribute to a future within the planet’s boundaries.
Responsible consumption
To promote responsible consumption, we focus on increasing the share of products in our sustainable range and ensuring a responsible supply chain. Through clear information in our online store, certified packaging materials, and tailored solutions, we minimize resource use. We maintain an active dialogue with both customers and suppliers to jointly drive progress toward more sustainable choices.
Energy efficiency
We work actively with energy efficiency by carefully monitoring our energy consumption and investing in renewable energy. Solar panels at our logistics center supply nearly 80% of the building’s electricity needs. We have replaced traditional lighting with energy-efficient LED, and in line with our car policy, all company cars are electric – a step toward a more climate-smart operation.
Working conditions, ethics and morals
We are committed to ensuring good working conditions and maintaining high ethical and moral standards throughout our operations. Employee well-being and work environment are monitored through annual employee surveys, discussions, and follow-ups on sick leave and any incidents. We also measure customer satisfaction to ensure quality and accountability at every stage. Through collective agreements and clear requirements for our suppliers, we work to secure fair and sustainable conditions – both internally and throughout the supply chain.
