Rules for return of products to Wulff Supplies

The customer must check all goods on arrival to verify that all goods have been delivered in accordance with the delivery note and that the transport is without transport damage. Transport damage must be reported to the driver upon receipt of the goods.

To claim that the goods are faulty, the customer must complain to Wulff Supplies immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of delivery, and return the goods in accordance with the applicable procedure description below.

No returns are accepted without agreement with us. All returns must be sent back in the original packaging. Handling costs for returns caused by the customer are charged at 10% of the order value, however, at least SEK 300. No returns are received if a return number is missing.

Limited time for returns not related to warranty or malfunction: 1 month. Return transport damage caused by inadequate packaging is not covered by the warranty.

If a complaint is received after 14 days, Wulff Supplies reserves the right to decide in relation to the customer how the liability issue is handled.

In the event of a complaint, the customer shall contact Wulff Supplies' customer service by telephone on +46 372 77 56 00 or e-mail to kundservice@wulffsupplies.se to obtain a current return number.


A complaint must always be stated:

  • Article number
  • Order number
  • Invoice number
  • Reason for the complaint

Please note that receipt of a return number is not to be equated with an approved complaint.

The return number is valid for 14 days during which time the goods must have been received by Wulff Supplies.

When returning the goods, the return freight to Wulff Supplies must have been paid and the delivery note, invoice and information about the valid return number as well as an account of the fault, preferably a detailed one, must accompany the goods. If the above facts are missing, Wulff Supplies is entitled to return the goods to the customer, and the customer pays the freight.

Any transport damage as a result from inadequate packaging will be charged to the customer. Wulff Supplies reserves the right to inspect the product and charge a test fee of SEK 250 plus VAT if the product is not faulty and the complaint is not accepted.
